BIOGRAPHY OF HUSSAIN AL SAMAHIJI

Hussain Al Samahiji is a Bahraini hospitality leader with more than 27 years of experience in the hotel industry. He is the Group Chief Executive Officer of The K Hotel, Dragon Beach Hotel, and Sealoft Villas, responsible for strategy, operations, and growth across the properties. He also serves as a Board Director of Al Manzil Hotel Juffair, where he contributes to guiding the hotel’s direction and success.

Having begun his career in 1998 in the Food & Beverage department, he quickly developed a passion for the hospitality industry. His career path led him to Sales and Marketing, where he advanced to become Director of Sales & Marketing, a position he held for 2 years. In 2015, after completing the prestigious General Managers Program at Cornell University in New York, USA, he was promoted to Executive Assistant Manager.

Building on his proven leadership and expertise, he was appointed in 2017 as General Manager of one of the Kingdom leadings 4-star hotels (The K Hotel Bahrain), where he continues to drive excellence and innovation in hospitality management.

Hussain is a member of the Hospitality and Tourism Committee of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry, supporting initiatives that strengthen the Kingdom’s tourism sector.
